AGM to be held Saturday 8 September 2018

It has been another year in the Scandinavian Association of WA and that means it is AGM time.

This year our AGM is being held on Saturday 8th September 2018, at 3pm in Nordic House.

Tea/Coffee and cake will be available.

From the links below, you can download last years minutes of meeting, this years agenda, proxy vote and final version of our new constitution which we will be voting to adopt.

It is also time to renew your membership as only financial members can vote at the AGM. You can download a membership renewal from the link below.

The committee would be very happy to receive proxy votes from members unable to attend AGM, it only takes a short minute to fill out the proxy form attached. Either scan and email to any committee member or post to Nordic House, 25 Melvin Avenue, Thornlie, WA 6108.
